Sapience Event Refund and Transfer Policy

Deposit Policy
All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits cannot be applied toward future events or transferred to another participant. In cases of extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the Sapience team upon written request.

Full Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Window & Fees (for clients who pay in full):

  • 45+ Days Before the Event: A full refund will be provided, minus a $200 administrative fee.

  • 30–44 Days Before the Event: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may opt to transfer the total amount paid to another event within 12 months of your payment date.

  • Less Than 30 Days Before the Event: No refund will be provided.

Transfer Policy:
If you need to cancel your full payment, you may transfer your payment to another retreat within 12 months of the payment date, subject to availability. To facilitate the transfer, please notify us at least 30 days before the original event.

COVID-19 Policy:

  • Pre-Event COVID-19 Issues: If you are unable to attend the event due to COVID-19-related issues (such as illness, quarantine, or travel restrictions), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to either transfer your payment to another event or provide a refund, depending on the specific situation.

  • During the Event: If you contract COVID-19 during the event, you will be required to follow appropriate testing and isolation protocols for everyone’s health and safety. No refund will be provided once the event has commenced; however, we will offer a prorated credit toward future events for the remaining days missed due to COVID-19. This credit is valid for 12 months from the event date, subject to availability.

Flexibility for Extenuating Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen events may occur. For extenuating circumstances, flexibility is offered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our team. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
